    The Committee on Energy, Industry and Mining moved to amend the bill on page two, section twenty-two, line one, by striking out the period and the words “However, if a” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “for a horizontal well where the wellbore is curved to parallel a particular geologic formation. However, for any”;

    And,

    On page two, section twenty-two, line three, by striking out the word “continues” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “shall continue”.
